Its dynamic blend of breathing, movement, stretching, meditation, mantras and relaxation will enable you to look great, feel great, relax, enjoy life and live in grace and gratitude.
It works safely on every aspect of your body, mind, emotions and spirit. Kundalini Yoga facilitates the flow of pranic and spiritual (psychic) energy, in particular along the spinal energy channels and through the chakras.
Kundalini Yoga Classes and Gong Meditation on the Central Coast, NSW
Daily Kundalini yoga classes in Wyongah for adults and children – morning and evenings.
Community Classes in the Wyongah Progress Hall – 157 Tuggerawong Road, Wyongah on Mondays from 6:00 to 7:00 pm and Wednesday from 6:00 -7:00 pm. These community classes are $10. You will need to bring a mat and water to these classes.
I will be offering other day time classes if there is interest.
Private classes also available in your home and office and I teach in schools as well.
