Kundalini Yoga is a non-stressful way to promote flexibility, cardiovascular capability, weight and stress management, to cultivate energy, serenity, personal power and spiritual awakening. Its dynamic blend of breathing, movement, stretching, meditation, mantras and relaxation will enable you to look great, feel great, relax, enjoy life and live in grace and gratitude.
It works safely on every aspect of your body, mind, emotions and spirit. Kundalini Yoga facilitates the flow of pranic and spiritual (psychic) energy, in particular along the spinal energy channels and through the chakras.
Kundalini Yoga Classes and Gong Meditation on the Central Coast, NSW
Daily Kundalini yoga classes in Wyongah for adults and children – morning and evenings.
Community Classes in the Wyongah Progress Hall – 157 Tuggerawong Road, Wyongah on Mondays from 6:00 to 7:00 pm and Wednesday from 6:00 -7:00 pm. These community classes are $10. You will need to bring a mat and water to these classes.
Day time Classes are also on Thursdays from 9:30 – 11 am Cost $20 at my
home. I will be offering other day time classes if there is interest.
Private classes also available in your home and office and I teach in schools as well.

Kundalini Yoga retreat days are a beautiful healing day of meditation, yoga postures, pranayama, chanting and relaxation. Spaces are limited so book in now to reserve your space. This day is all about nurturing and healing your body, mind and soul. You will feel like you have been on a holiday.
